Game Seven – The Game of Life

Throughout the NHL season, there are moments that stand out as being truly unique. Whether that’s a spectacular performance, a thrilling comeback, an unforgettable finish, or all of the above, it only takes a few split seconds to create memories that last a lifetime.

Here at DRW Social Media, we are breaking down the ‘Top 11 games of the 2010-11 season.’ This list features many of your favorites, like Game 6, the Franzen Five and the captain’s first hat trick.

Red Wings 4, Sharks 3

Down three games to none in the series, the Red Wings were quick out of the gate in Game 4, jumping out to a 3-1 lead on two goals from Nicklas Lidstrom and one from Todd Bertuzzi.

The Sharks rallied to tie the score on a second period goal by Dan Boyle and a third period tally by Dany Heatley. It was Darren Helm who broke the draw and sent the Wings back to California, scoring from the left circle off the pass from Patrick Eaves.

2nd – Ryane Clowe
3rd – Todd Bertuzzi
