Taking Hockeytown on the Road

The Red Wings visit Traverse City and Grand Rapids this month

Hey fans!

As most of you know by now, we’re very excited to visit Traverse City for Training Camp and Grand Rapids for our Red & White game.

And that’s where we need your help!

We want you to tell us why these two tremendous Michigan locations are ‘Hockeytowns’ in their own unique way. We’ll post the very best 50-75 word responses on the Hockeytown Blog and give three lucky winners for each city a pair of tickets to the respective Red & White game in their location. That’s Tuesday, September 20th for Traverse City and Tuesday, September 27th for Grand Rapids.

Sounds easy enough? Here’s what you need to do.

Email your 50-75 word response to the following prompt to redwingssocialmedia@gmail.com by 5 P.M. on Monday, September 12th. Please include your name and address with your response!

Why (Traverse City / Grand Rapids) is a Hockeytown?

Have fun!

The Detroit Red Wings are the best professional team in all of sports. They have the most dedicated fans to go along with the great tradition of the team. Thank you Red Wings for the last 25 years of my life watching you play night in and night out win or lose. Michigan prides itself in you!!
